What is the best way to tame and control fly away or crinkly tinsel in your pony's hair? Does anybody know! If so, can they please help me!? I've got a couple of girls here who need some tinsel taming badly!

For G1s (metal tinsel):
Use a iron or curling iron to straighten the tinsel. Set it on low heat. It works wonders!

For G3s (plastic tinsel):
Never use a curling iron or iron..it'll melt the tinsel..No methods to tame the tinsel that I know of yet...:(

I used some hair straightners on my G3 tinsle and it didn't melt! But, I don't think they would get hot enough to melt it - they are rubbish lol

Has anyone tried using a static gaurd type spray on the tinsel? I keep thining it maybe a great idea but can never find the stuff when I go to my local food store. Shall have to go to the bigger one up the block I guess.
