Avatars:

Your Avatar on the Arena must be no more than 150 x 150 pixels.
You can have whatever image you like, but please ask if you feel that the image may be someone elses artwork or image.
Offensive images will be removed by Admin.

Signatures:

Your signature can have no more than 3 images in total. The largest image can be no more than 300 pixels on the LARGEST Side.
(Some members may be exempt from this for a short time period)
We prefer the signatures to be running side by side rather than stacked.

Admin and mods will PM you to remind you of this.

Can anyone tell me how big mine is? I'm pretty sure that when I created it, it was less than 300 on the one side........

Agreed, i'd like to know how big mine is, i'd actually like someone to resize it for me, ive tried, but it gets too pixelated and blocky =/

and i hear we are all supposed to have 100x100 to be neat and tidy, but now you said 150x150, just curious if both are ok Is mine ok?

mine is like 4 pixels over the 300px limit, can that slide? it's not like it's stretching the screen...

I've never understood why this place allows that big signatures. It's hard to concentrate on discussion when people write the usual one or two lines of text and then follows a signature that fills over half of the screen...
It's just very disturbing and one of the reasons I don't come here that often

The best way to check photo sizes, right click > properties > dimensions.

your sig isn't exactly microscopic. i don't see how it's any bigger or smaller than a vast majority of signatures i see here. there are really only a few exceptions that i've seen where the sigs are just massive. most people know what a reasonable sig size is.

is that small enough?

The Avatar size is now set at 150 x 150. It can be smaller if you wish.
Everyone does have a few days to get this sorted.

Diet, I just knew you would come and say that well, mine is definately not microscopic, but it isn't gigantic either. You're missing the point.

If you look at angelberries signature up there for example you know what I mean by filling over half of the screen. It really does fill up over half of the screen.
And it's not just that signature in particular. There are many other signatures like that on this forum and I think I've seen some that are even bigger.
