I'm not sure why it would just be gone - if it's replaced due to being over limits, it would be moved to your Extra Info box.

Help! After getting Big Bertha last night I changed my signature back to just the Happy Spring adoptable (instead of the bigger string of pics that caused the problem), but I just got Big Bertha again... Did I need to get permission here before changing my signature back, even if it's definitely within the limit restrictions? (if so, sorry! thought I checked this post thoroughly and didn't see anything about it) Or is there something else wrong with my sig that I haven't noticed?

It might be Bertha got her signals crossed. She does that sometimes.

You don't need permission to remove Bertha although if you want to double check the size of the new siggy, go ahead and ask.
