I found Sandy Island and Hula Lula at Target. I went today as soon as I read about them being spotted at Target and my Target had a bunch of 'em! I live in Florida BTW.

Hopefully, they'll come down to Miami soon. The one I went to last night didn't have them. Will check more tomorrow. Wish me luck!!!!!

Yep, I found them today at one of the Targets in Miami.
For those of you wondering, the DPCI is 086-02-0447, which is the same as Butter Drop and Penny Candy.
