OMG Cant resist from laughing at that mug shot. It is sad though. She's literally just 11 days older than me and in that much trouble. One word: Counseling. Seek professional help.

I'm sorry to hear that so many have fallen victim to her scams. I have never come across her personally nor know her, and I sure hope I never do.

Hope everything works out for those who got jacked of their monies. I know atleast ebay will care for the buyers, but she'll probably get by scot free like the past >-< Bad person!!!!

So I just pulled this from ebay's site. It looks like as long as you file before the 21 days are up, then the money will still be held with Paypal. At least that way she can't take the money and run. I realize that Paypal would reimburse the buyer, but it is the principle of the thing. Maybe if she can't get around that, she'll back off for now. Good luck to the buyers.

She might be aware that she can't trick ebay and have every intention to follow through on her sales but the problem is she got them illegitimately long ago so they didn't cost her anything. Anything she makes on them minus shipping is pure profit. I wouldn't even consider buying from her since they are stolen ponies!

tone down the language and the caps, the poster above you is entirely right. You stole everything you have, you should be returning them to the forum members you ripped off, not making MORE profit.

If I had enough money I would be really tempted to buy all the ponies and track down their original owners to send them home. I can't help but feel sorry for the poor ponies (and their old owners) I just don't understand her :|

Yup many things become public in the police record when a person commits crimes :-)

It's to protect honest people so that they can easily get the information they need to know whether or not to rent to you, sell to you, hire you, etc.

Is this something that should be posted/stickied in the Corral so that more people will be aware of it? I mean she's got over 50 listings up on eBay now and lots of sought after ponies, I would hate for people to start bidding and then just end up back here in TS after things get ugly (if she is indeed scamming).

I would also maybe edit the title of the main post to add both eBay IDs so that anyone coming here to question it would see them right away.
