Both I had to open a case on, even after sending a very friendly reminder to either make payment, or let me know why you can't and I could either wait a bit longer or cancel for them. So I hadn't even held them to the sale, but still :/
Anyhow, ky_curry pulled out of the transaction today, which would have been fine if she had just asked earlier. I was going to shut the unpaid dispute today, so she left it that long. I understand things pop up and whatever, but this was just a message saying "the postage is too much and I need to cancel the order" no please, thankyou or excuse as to why they haven't made contact or payment, just yeah, I would avoid as they are a time waster.
zv0916 is another story, they have paid, but I have had zero contact from them. I just hope the hell they do the right thing and leave me the appropriate feedback, as I did nothing wrong, and I can't post their item until monday as they paid late friday night for it. I am going to be pretty pee'd off if I get low star rating, if they do actually leave feedback. Just another to avoid, I would say they are "upset" they had a case opened against them, im upset cause I had to open a case to get them to pay!
Every time I list stuff I get at least one idiot. I don't know what ebays deal is :/

No worries everyone - I just prefer to let people know when I have time wasters (even with the person that did pay, still really not cool at all) but I expect it really now. Until ebay changes their rules again, this is how it is I suppose
