A unique piece for an Alice in Wonderland collection

I've had this for a while. There are no markings or anything on the piece to tell who the maker was but have found out it's from the 70's/80's.

Piece measures 5 1/8 inches wide 7 1/4 tall and features the illustration from the book of the white rabbit checking his pocket watch (The scene has been reversed). I'm told the the frame is lead and it has a long metal chain for hanging.

The glass itself has a wavy look (not perfectly flat). The glass itself has some scratches but nothing that mars the picture. There is a large one on the rabbit's waistcoat (I think it was from the chain) which I noticed only when it was lying flat, I never noticed it when taking the pictures! Image is painted on the back of the glass. There are some tiny scuffs here and there but not anything major.
