Mmmm Homemade salsa is the best. So good, in fact, that I haven't bought pre-made salsa in nearly two years!

The recipe my husband and I use has tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro green pepper, lime juice, and a tiny dash of salt to bring out the taste in everything. Sometimes I add corn and/or black beans. Cook up some spicy chicken, add some cheddar, avocado, and lettuce and you have a delic taco salad!
