Okay, here's my opinions.
Mermaid babies- $20-30
Seapony floats- $5-10
Stands for rearing ponies, around $10 typically.

I've seen the stands in perhaps half a dozen auctions in 6 years of Ebaying. Because they're transparent, they're not always clear in pictures, so if you keep your eyes open, you may be able to pick one up in a lot of accessories for cheaper. But spotting them can be a killer.
That and they really don't come up very often anyway. There's nothing on them to suggest they're MLP, so I expect most people haven't a clue what they are when digging through old boxes.
