Ah, I deflocked a Truly and just dumped acetone nail polish remover all over her and scrubbed. It didn't touch the symbol, but I was VERY careful around it. Alcohol works fine, and doesn't touch the symbol either.

Go to home depot and pick up a can of Jasco, its about 6 bucks for the small can and it works like a DREAM. It's in the aisle with the paint strippers.

I deflocked a Northstar and a Truly this way, and it didnt harm the paint on thier symbols AT ALL. Just make sure you wear gloves and to do it outside cause that stuff STINKS.

I've used Goof-Off to deflock two ponies and an Exacto knife removes the fuzz and glue nicely without smudging the symbols. Just use a dab of the solvent at a time, and a very light touch (it's like shaving! Don't press too hard, lol)

Alcohol only worked on one of my SS ponies and didn't work great. Nail polish remover with acetone was eh. I just realized how much WORK it is do deflock. Definately might look into this paint thinner stripper stuff.
