I've just finished making this for my daughter's birthday tomorrow.



Originally she wanted Minty and Pinkie Pie, but my two year old ran off with the rest of the pink icing and ate it, Silly Tried to get one of the yellow presents too, but I was too quick for her that time, lol.

It's the first time I've made a cake in years, so I'm pretty pleased with how it all turned out. What do you think?

If anyone else has cake pics, I'd love to see also. Smile

Is that frosting or did you use fondant? Its so smooth looking! Nice job! Your daughter is sooo lucky. I wish my mum would make me a pony cake!

I don't know if I want to eat it or keep it like that... but I definitely wanna get me some of that icing... your 2-year old had the right idea. LOL! =P
Honestly, the cake looks awesome... and your daughter is very lucky to have such a thoughtful and caring mother. We'll be looking forward to next year's cake! ^_^
