Ok so I'm way out of the loop on value and may sell most or all of my collection. At the moment they're just sitting is boxes and not being properly appreciated. Moving plus a new baby have kept them put away.

These were just quick photos to get an idea on each pony's value. When I put them up for sale I'll take better photos of each one.

I'm sure none are mint but all have original hair except Cherries Jubilee which is a rehair.

The 2 Butterscothh's are flatfoot.

Most of your twins sets would be around $15, with the exception of Big Top and Toppy, they would be around $20 I think.

Most of them were bought because I was remembering the ones I had as a kid and wanted them again but they've never been properly displayed. I may keep a few but I think most are going to be sold.

Those of you who have expressed interest in something I have written you down and will keep you in mind when I do sell.

Anyone have an idea on the Families? How much they would run seperately and also as the set of each?

well i think i paid about $30? all together for my apple family, and that was including the brother and the sister, though i bought the brother separately and that was some time ago so things may have changed.

iv bought quite a few applejacks and they seem to average around $5 for the normal good condition AJ (also id be very interested in buying yours)

im not sure on anyone else but im also very interested in that yellow sparkle baby (cant remember her name T.T) but shes one of 2 that i need to complete that set xD

I've found this price guide by Bluerose9978 (?) to be a wonderful resource:

It might help you sort out how things are selling on Ebay. Obviously collector prices might differ.

The Big Brothers seem to be going for $35-40.

I'd be interested in one of your FF Butterscotch, by the way. Smile

Once I decide to take on the task of taking individual photos for their sale post I'll clean them up and brush their hair. They'll look much nicer then.

Most are in relatively nice condition without penmarks, haircuts etc.

I'm researching prices through the archives here, on the TP and on eBay but I have a long way to go.

So anyone with an educated guess on prices your input would be greatly appreciated.

If you've expressed interest in something I've written you down and will try to contact you first when I get them up for sale.

I know that brushes and combs usually go to $.50 to $1.50.
Snail rockers about $3.50.
Saddles don't sell very well (particularly the pink one) - I'd say $.50.
The baby outfits maybe $3 each, but the little puffball pets that came with them are harder to find and you may want to sell them separately (no idea how much the little guys go for, though).
Baby necklaces - $.50.
Bottles and rattles $1 each.
Playpens $3 if all the pieces are there.
Diapers are maybe $.25 or $.50 each.
Nice diaper boxes are worth $2.
Blankets $1.50.
The pull ducky is $2 if it has all its wheels.

Boys usually go for $15- $25 and around $10 for individual accessories.

Depending on prices, I might be able to buy SS Posey (if she's in better condition than mine. Smile

), baby Surprise, and/or Daddy Bright Bouquet if you split up the family- that sounds horrible, doesn't it?
