~*Offical Giant Frilly Frock Raffle*~



Did you miss out on Frilly because you missed the dealine? didn't have enough points? or your country wasn't even offered this adorable plush? Well here's your chance to win one for far less than what you'd pay on ebay! I know 5 weeks is a long time to wait for a raffle, but I had to wait 5 months to get these gals! and had no clue if they would even show up, but I guarantee she is well worth the wait!

Prize: Giant Mail order Frilly Frock Plush (possible prizes to be added:) She will remain sealed in her box free from dust until the fair where I will have her on display for a day and a half and she will be resealed with all her original packaging for the winner:)

Drawing: Will take place in MN on Saturday July 9th at the MLP Fair! Need not be present to win:) I know many of you won't be able to attend so I wanted to offer this chance for Frilly to everyone including International pony lovers as well who never had the chance to order frilly!

The tickets: Tickets will cost $1.00 each or the more you buy, you can get free tickets.....

Tickets with your real name, pony name, phone number and/OR email addy will be added into a bucket(one of the spring baskets from 2 years ago) and the winner will be drawn by my fiance at the Fair. If the winner is not present at the Fair on Saturday, I will personally call and notify you if you win (only if you live within the continental 48 states). If you are an international winner, I will email you on monday morning and may ask that you pay 1/2 of the shipping since it will be close to $80 to mail( probably cheaper for canada).

Also, I will take pics of your ticket stubs(they come in 2 parts, one to go into the bucket and 1 for you to keep) and email them to you upon request so you will always know this raffle is being run fairly. I can just email the numbers to you if you'd like, or even mail them to you by snail mail if you send me a self addressed return envelope, it's entirely up to you;)

Purchasing Tickets: I prefer that if you plan to attend the fair that you buy your tickets at the event. But if you would like to buy them now using paypal please feel free to do so:)
