I'm getting conflicting opinions on other boards so I thought I'd ask here too. I was told she might be a varient due to her eye color. She's made in china though, maybe it's just ink differences?

I don't recall her name, but I know she's one of the Sweetheart Sisters!

In my experience, eye colour doesn't make that much difference to value. Also, with regard to the potential variant, it would depend what colour her eyes were supposed to be. If they were green and hers we pink (for example), I think we could say that, but if it was something pinky/purple or bluey, there can be distinct differences in the paint anyway.

Ooo, Flowerburst has been my all-time favorite ever since I was little! Mine has purple eyes and yours looks purple too. Mine's also made in China. Couldn't she just be faded a bit? It's not like she was an extremely dark blue to start out with.

She looks exactly like my Flowerburst, so I don't know if she's a different version or maybe the body's just evenly faded? She's got a bit of a mane cut but it doesn't look bad.

Not sure how much she is worth though Sad It's good that she still has the earring though!

She does indeed look like a SEVERLY Faded Flowerburst. If you look carefully, her body is still a tinted blue.

As Emery linked, on Dreamvalley, she is listed with pinkish-purple eyes.

Yeah, but the earing's broken a bit (that long part that sticks out is half gone). I think she's just got some fading/paint differences, and a hair cut.

Oh well, I just won her in a cheap lot that had something I really wanted (plush cotton candy with her paper tag) so it doesn't really bother me if she's not worth a lot. I just want to know what to try to sell her for.

She has a tail cut as well. I would say with the fading, broken earring, and mane/tail cuts she would probably not be worth much at all, possibly less than the $3-4 estimate. Sweetheart Sisters don't usually seem to hold much value to being with. Sad

LOL Smile She looks exactly the same as my Flowerburst...who isn't faded at all :S So it must be a batch thing. I wouldn't count her as a variant. She's definitely pale blue, not white. There are lots of ponies who have varying body tone - it can be misleading but it's usually down to the amount of dye used.

A lot of people don't like the SHS though, and her earring looks incomplete - so I wouldn't like to stick a value on her. In truth, I wouldn't have thought she was worth more than the average shs in that condition (hair cut and broken earring).

Oh, wow - I can't say the Sweetheart Sisters were ever high on my list of things to have, but she's so pretty like that I think I may have to change my mind! ^_^ *Has such a soft spot for pale ponies with dark hair.*
