Lotto: Scratch Card Kiosk -- Feeling lucky? (cost 600NP)

Tyrrania:

The NC Mall daily giveaway. This takes awhile to load on my slow computer. Sometimes you win some np or a small item, sometimes nothing, be warned it has a chance of giving your pet a disease (cure currently costs 30-40K) but you can get cured at the healing springs for free (almost free - it does cost patience. I have one. All you have to do is watch a video and then you spin the wheel and get neopoints. You can earn up to 800 np per spin and you can play up to five times per day!
