I thought I had discovered something great. Finally...
Look at this:

cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISA...&rd=1&rd=1

I wanted to bid so badly. It should have ended at 2.33 pm today. And now the stupid seller ended it early.
Is he allowed to do that? I informed ebay. I am so sad...

I hate when people talk sellers into ending an auction early. I was watching an auction about a month ago and someone asked the seller if she would sell it with But it Now (in an effort to end the auction early). The seller made the question public and told her no, she wouldn't/couldn't. I was very relieved.

When I was very new to eBay, I think it was 98. I was approached to end an auction early. I didn't know any better and thought I was offered a fair price so I did it. It haunts me to this day that I didn't let the auction finish.

@ Honeycomb

Don't be sad, I agree with CocoBerry, you didn't miss anything. This seller caused nothang than
trouble in the german forum until she was banned. I'm not sure by the way if
the mimic was included in this lot, because the seller is not stupid, she is an
80th toy collector who knows the price of Mimic and I'm not sure if you would get
her when winning the auction too.

WOW, you have a good eye! The seller might have tucked it in there to taunt buyers into thinking she was a part of the auction. Huh You'd be even MORE upset if you'd won and gotten the package without Mimic in it. So maybe you got lucky in this case.

Really? She was known in the forum?
Then I am comforted now. I wondered why she uses a pony-including nickname and presented them in such an awful way.
I am giving up my hope of ever finding a real cool bargain at ebay or flea markets...

yep- I have seen the picture but what seller is too stupid to count?? I mean she said you are getting 13-15 ponies, not yet decided which one she will keep, he? and mimic is placed in a way she could say- oh those things behind the waterfall belong to my collection...
she isn't very honest and tried to fool some others before and even if it would have been a bargain I prefer to buy from others...
I'm also waiting for the right mimic to cross my way but I'm just optimistic sure it will happen some day Smile

hmmm. that seems weird to me that a pony collector would tuck a mimic away like that. Was it even included? It looks like it might have been set aside for a separate auction.

Hug It sounds like maybe it was a good thing you didn't win the auction.

absolutely yes !! I know this seller too...

Be glad... Wink it was a nice collection, but be sure, getting ponies anywhere else is better for you... even if they cost much more money.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't win her! But it sounds like that was a good thing anyways. I'm sure you'll find Mimic one day!

Thank you all!
I am glad I was not able to bid on the auction, might have become dangerous...
I am not so keen on Mimic, I was only over-excited because she was hidden and I hoped to get her for a decent price. Would never pay such amounts on her.
It is really sad that we are not allowed to discuss running auctions here. I think we could help us a lot.
