Working on my Spring ATCs for the swap. I thought I'd be clever and use the Core 7 plus one, but then I realized I didn't need to add an extra pony to fill my 8 slots...

1. Pinkie Pie
2. Rainbow Dash
3. Sweetie Belle
4. Cheerilee
5. Scootaloo
6. Royal Bouquet
7. Starsong
8. Triple Treat (or as Hasbro calls it, "other 7")

I know TT isn't in the fancy Core 7 box set (from the toy fair), but she seems to be merchandised just as heavily as everyone else this year. Am I crazy?

I want to know what happened to all the others as well, like Sunny Daze...

sunny daze, minty, sparkleworks, kimono, the originals.. they should be the core ponies : / ( if ther HAD to be core ponies to start with..)

I do find it strange that suddenly "new" ponies like Sweetie Belle and Star Song are considered the core 7. I wonder if Kimono got trapped in her cave and hasn't been seen since?

*giggles at the picture* I know I mean why create Star STong when you have Silver Glow on tons of stuff. As to Sweetie yeah she is cute but hey what about poor Rarity, I mean she and Minty are movie stars and what no core??? imagine how they must feel!

- Pinkie Pie (I know you'll all hate me for that )
- Rainbow Dash
- Sunny Daze
- Sparkleworks
- Minty
- Kimono OR Twinkle Twirl
- Star Catcher OR Sky Wishes

Aww, how can you not have Sparkleworks as well? She and Sunny Daze go hoof in hoof imo As do Twinkle Twirl and Skywishes (again, imo). I can't see Rarity being Core 7 'cause she came out years after the others (or was she released prior to The Runaway Rainbow? As far as I know she wasn't).

But why core 7 anyway? To chose only 7 ponies is difficult O_O

I took 7 of my fav ponies (except PP...) because I tried to pick some of the most known originals and at least Starcatcher who was the first and (supposedly most known) pegasus, the same with Rarity, wich was the 'principal' one with the Runaway Rainbow, but I prefer Cheerilee and the other one that I never remember her name...
