I've finished my first custom and I'm really pleased with how she turned out. She is a G3 version of TAF Scoops. I used Plum Pretty from custompony.com and the wire method for rehairing her. I think I used too much hair per plug, that's a thing that took me a while to figure out. Used acrilic paints and mod-podge for a sealer. I signed under her hoof along with the date. Any and all feed back is welcomed as for tips and tricks for the next custom.

wow she is very good, GREAT JOB on her. i'm going to try to learn how to do the hair but i can't buy any hair from Customponydotcom and dollyhairdotcom but its ok Smile

Wow...Thank you so much everyone! Happy Your compliments mean so much to me. I lurk around here more than post and I've seen all the wonderful customs, so I'm very glad that you like her (or him Wink ) I used a G3 Fairy Dust for the base, took me forever to get her symbol off - which it then turned into a huge orange smear all down her leg.

Scoops was always a favorite in my heard - I was even thinking of sewing a little hat and apron for her to wear...heh, we'll see how motivated I will be now that I have a break between customs. But I'm glad to see her finished!
