Just as a note, this guy isn't my first custom - I have a few others I've done before him, just haven't posted pictures or anything. Do that later...

Anyway, meet Blue Moon - my version of Midnight Dreams, or how I would have designed her.

He's nothing amazing, but I'm just so damn proud of him. This is the smoothest body paint job I've done so far, and his feet are pretty cool.

Anyway... Moon began life as a Silver Rain, who got a sex change with sculpy (sp?) with furry feet. Painted in acrylics and sealed, I also put a 'pearl' coat on him to make him look less like he was painted, and a little more like a 'real' pony. Rehaired with Dollyhair.com's sour grapes and midnight magick.




As you can see, I got lazy with the stars and only put them down one leg - and it actually looks pretty cool like this. I really should've spent more time on those stars, though...

Eye painting - not my strong point. I tried adding little stars to them, but it didn't work too well.
