David Bowie Labyrinth *edit finished*

Here he is my Bowie. He is made from a Chilly breezes and I suggest to never use her for a custom. Her head was full of glue, a couple milimeters thick at the top, I have to use my demel tool to grind it down enough to get the last few plugs of hair out. After it took me over an hour just to pull the mane out I should have just picked a different body, but stubborn me kept at it. Once my eyes arrived, I can post the ebay auction if anyone needs, I tried to fit them in the head, no go, there was still so much glue inside the head I had to get out my dremel and grind a ton of stuff away, it was a pain, but live and learn right? I made her cape of that neat wire mesh stuff from the craft store and sculpted over it with apoxy sculpt. In the first scene Jereth appears to Sarah he is wearing a black cape with a shimmery blue lining, so I painted his cape like this. In a couple of scenes he is wearing an interesting necklace so I tried to mimic that design for the clasp holding his cape on.

His hair is a blend of white chocolate and buttercream from dollyhair.com. and he has many extra plugs so it looks nice and full. I plugged it a little long so I could play with the style a little, I trimmed most it short and left a few hairs long throughout the top area and the back is longer, then I have been rubbing it between my fingers to give it the messy mullet he has.

I ran into another snag when it came to his eyeshadow, I painted it once and was not happy with the results so I tried to remove it and it stained in a terrible way, what could I do, I already inserted her eyes and they were not coming out, so I gave him a full body repaint, but I used a light flesh tone and really I like him better this way.

so a little of that crazy Bowie eyeshadow, some new lashes and ta da! here he is my masterpiece.

I think I will sprinkle a little glitter on him and he is done I hope Avea likes him
