Although I wasn't involved in the Harry Potter swap, I have been working on these girls for a while now.

We all remember Fluffy, the three-headed dog that Hagrid assigned to guard the door leading to the Philosopher's Stone in "Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone." Well, if Hagrid had a three-headed dog, why not a three-headed pony?

Here she (they?) is, Lil' Fluffy! She is a three-headed pony with a red harness, accented with rhinestones. All three heads have different personalities, too! She's hard to photograph because she is meant to be viewed from all angles, so there are lots of pics:












The Hogwart's shield is her symbol on both sides.

She was made from a Merriweather head (diva on the pony's left) a Sparkleworks I head and body (center) and a Butterpop head (pony's right head.) She was rerooted with black hair, and I used Aves Fixit Sculpt to put her together, make her harness and her symbols. The whole thing was painted with an airbrush and by hand, with gold details on her eyes and on her harness. lastly, she was sealed with matte acrylic varnish.

She was originally inspired by the Greek tale of Cerberus, but then I was reminded of Fluffy and thought why not?

I hope you like her! She will be going on eBay this coming Monday (most likely.)

Oh my gosh, that's incredible how you put all that together, it looks seamless! The heads and the body, the feathered feet, all the sculpting and painting, awesome!!

Phenomenal work, and its always a pleasure to see what you come up with next. The stylization on the feathering is so unique, and like MBryan said before she is seamless. In fact I think she's actually more intimidating than Fluffy. Was it difficult to keep her balanced? Good luck on ebay as well. I know she will have a large fan base who will want her.

Thank you so much for the compliments everyone! She actually was hard to keep balanced, especially as I put the feathering on her feet. I had to put a wad of fixit-sculpt in her butt to weight the back
