These ponies aren't German, and are just European as a whole:
Milky Way - matt and colour symbols
Baby Starbow - hair colour
Sweet Pocket - hair colour
Pretty Beat - hair colour
Baby Gusty - NBBE
Baby Lickety Split - NBBE
Baby Ribbon - NBBE
Baby Heart Throb w no wings on hearts - NBBE
Baby Starburst - hair colour
Baby Splashes - hair colour
However there are also normal looking princess ponies with the pat pend missing that are German

I bought a Wigwam and Steamer some time ago - they are Pat Pending only!
IDing some of these ponies out there is a real challenge! Too many - Too tempting!

just wanted to say : Slugger, Quarterback and 4Speed were never sold in Germany.
You made a nice list though
The [pink baby] and the [yellow baby] are Baby Blubberchen and Baby Schlummerlein. The blue one from this set is called Baby Würfelchen, not Baby Wulferchen.

I'll dig out my non Pat Pend Wig Wam and get pics for you. I also gave one to PKW in the UK Ponycon swap as well as a non Pat Pend 4-Speed to her as well. I'll ask her to take pictures. I don't know if they were sold or not there however why would they be missing the Pat Pend marks (all were acquired from my friend in Bremen).
EDIT - Here's the picture:

interesting, Sugarminty - because I thought the same - them 3 BB were never sold in Germany, but then Danielle told me that 4-Speed was...
I am still a little confused, but maybe someone else thinks he has been released in Germany...

As Lady G said the NBBE babies are not german but European.
(I had NBBE baby Licket Split as a child so she was definately sold both outside UK and Germany.)
As for NBBE baby Heart trob, the one without wings on the hearts is a UK exclusive (one of the few ponies that actually IS a UK exclusive and not European)
The one with wings on the hearts is a European version and not german. She was sold up here as well, and seem to be the more common one of the two (since she was sold in more then just one country)
And dont forget about baby Honeycomb. She is a german exclusive

all ponies made after a certain time is lacking the pat pend mark (ponies made after the patent was granted) so the lack of pat pend is not a reliable sign to see if a pony is german or not.
The ponies made during the time the patent was granted is often seen in both versions, and as Europe where slightly later in the releases then the US, Europe often got the versions without the pat pend, as they where made a little later.
I belive that the boys without the pat pend is European rather then German ponies. I've heard from other swedish collectors that we had both the pat pend and non pat pend version of the boys up here.

Oh crap! I forgot to add German Baby Blossom to my list!!!
*smacks head*
Thank you for reminding me.
I can verify that Tex IS one of the BB's sold in Germany, I've got one. There does seem to be a bit of confusion on that topic though, doesn't there?

Some ponies made it to Germany, tough they have not been released here. A friend found english carded ponywear in a german shop, another found Parasol with glittery symbols in a german shop (as a child). Some ponies have been brought to Germany, maybe by foreign soldiers (we had a lot back in the 80th) or were bought on vacation. No need to be confused. I am sure, there was no planned release of the 3 boys here, but maybe one or two made it to Germany on another way
