I already have them, but recently i won another two more. This time both have Pat Pend missing. I have put them with there counter parts. Are these German or just after pat pend ended?


The one with the covered up pat pen is the darker one (2nd one). She is noticeable alot darker than the other pony no idea why.

I thought it was just a UK vs. US release- at least that is what I was informed when I had Northstar.

I thought so too but not a hunderd percent sure. The color difference could be die lot or fading.

I have two FT Baby Lickety Splits just like those, light one with Patent Pending removed and darker one with Patent Pending. I posted about them almost 2 years ago.

If you scroll down, you'll find some pictures. My pink one has lots of pink highlighter marks and is currently undergoing treatment aka sun fading. Some observations I made

Pink FT Lickety has darker eyes than the Lavender one, Pink has black pupils, Lavender has dark gray pupils.

Pink has slightly darker irises than Lavender.

Symbols on both are exactly the same shade.

It could just be a different dye batch as suggested by DiamondandSillySong.

I'm glad to finally find another FT Lickety Split like mine

I've got 3 FT Fifis, will need to have another look at them.

Forgot to say, my pink one is the same shade of pink inside too.

22spot_ladybird ~ yay we are nt alone xD Yeah its a real shame about the one with pat pend (lavender one with pink hair)... she has pin dot cancer and has pink blobs coming up on her and i have nt tried to stop - well i dont have the stuff to try.

Yes very strange differences, quite possible that its a newer batch.

Ohh - i got another ft lickety today with the pat pend half covered up. She has a lavender head and pink body... but she has a pink mane and tail - lol so can i say shes faded? xD

Fading is a possibility but I would have thought that it would have affected paint too. As I said, my pink FT Lickety Split has darker eyes and her symbols are dark too but not any darker than those of the lavender one.

I checked my FT Fifis they are all Hong Kong and all have Patent Pending clearly marked.

Yeah same spot, the symbols are nt faded on either of mine. Yeah mine are slightly darker than the one with pat pend. This is the pink of my newest one without the pat pend.


She is odd... lavender head and pink body... no way she is faded with pink hair.
