Second, do these dolls cost as much in Japan as they do in the US?

Third, *prepares to dodge stones* do Barbie clothes fit Pullips? I still have my childhood collection of barbie outfits ^^;

I'm not sure about buying dolls in Japan but others should be able to help you.
Yes, Pullips fit Barbie clothes, but they are not a precise fit.
