This year going to Austria I decided on a goal to accomplish. To buy a pony. I knew it would be hard, especially after visiting many thift shops were I found only vintage Barbies... So I decided to check the new line of G3's in stores. The ones that were supposed to come to Hong Kong to me never arrived and I haven't seen them on sale since then. It was pretty exciting to see the new ponies in real life for once.

I went into a toy store and searched for ponies. There were the Newborn Cuties, lot’s of Anthro Ponyvilles, regular Ponyvilles, some older and newer G3’s and also the new line, including the SLH ponies. The first one on display was Cheerilee and I took her and then heard a quiet gasp from somewhere near my stomach, I looked down to see a little angel: a girl with blue eyes, blond hair and a big dog-plushie backpack in green-brown clothes. He looked at me and then on the box in my hands. I tried not to smile while I put the pony back on the shelves and started to browse through the Ponyvilles. The girl took Cheerilee from the shelve, hugged it close and run away, clutching the box in her hand. It already made my day, but I decided to see if there is another Cheerilee… And I saw Rainbow Dash. She looked… weird. I love RD and I thought that she screamed ‘CUTE’ from the box, but at the same time she was screaming “HELP ME!”. So I bought her.



As soon as I got into the apartment, I took her out and almost winced. My mom asked me: ‘Is that a pony? Poor thing, what happened to her?’ And I decided that the girl would use a tiny make-over, to make her feel a bit more comfortable.



So what did I do? I gave her a bath and she already felt better



Almost drowning her in bubbles.



She started to look really cute with her hair all wet and straight but I took the risk and decided to curl them…



And she cutely asked me if this will really help her out



But the outcome satisfied us both… She looked totally cute!



She hasn’t got a proportional body, but it’s screaming at me ‘I’m straight from a manga! Love me!’ and it really works for me. She has lovely, big eyes with all colors of the rainbow and even make-up which made me giggle. And curls like that really suit her.



She happily posed from the balcony of my room in Austira.



But we were both more happy to have a mini-photoshot in a different hotel, back in Poland.



Her curls were not so thick, but she still looked stunning for me, like a real pony Princess



And the surroundings did match that royal feeling

OMG I hadn't decided about the new line yet because she looks so I guess the word is different in the box but seeing her out with her awesome new curls makes me want the long haired ones. She looks super awesome

I much prefer the hairdo you gave her to the factory one, makes her head seem more proportional! Great how she is so loved!

I kind'a gasped when I saw the picture where she's in the water, but I got over it. LOL! I've always been worried about dipping an entire Pony in water... just worried about water getting inside their body. hehe!
SLH Rainbow Dash is my first new style Pony Friend too!
I was also taken aback when I first saw here... but that's probably just because she looked quite different from the G3's, so I didn't get her on our first encounter. But after a few more times of seeing her in toy stores, she grew on me and I finally decided to take her home with me. teehee!

Love what you've done with her hair!
I haven't given my SLH RD any hair treatments yet because I wanna take a photo of her side by side with a G3 SLH... it's amusing that she actually has longer hair than G3 SLH's!

Her curls look amazing! But I had to LOL at the picture of her on the faucet with all of the pens and hair-ties strapped to all sides of her!!

OMG, she looks amazing with the curls! I bought her as soon as I saw her, but have been afraid to take her out of the box...I'm always afraid of unruly super long hair! I may have to free her and do something to her hair now!
