hi caramelaw. i love how you customed the hasbro parlour. i would love to do the same thing to the g1 dream castle, baby bonnet school of dance, paradise estate, show stable and lullabye nursery so that the g1s will be the way that they are just looking better paint job wise and the g3 versions will be different colors then the g1s and i dont know how to do it. so if you or maybe someone else could help me, that would be cool and thanks for anyone who can help me. please let me know soon thou so i know how i can custom them.

Hey RebekahLeigh3879, you sure are very ambitious!
Bigger playsets will be a bit more complicated cuz it involves tearing apart everything,applying primer to each individual piece,then spray painting them with 2 coats. I use TAMIYA primer and modelling spray for the pretty parlour for the best result. And for a pretty parlour like this...i used 10 cans of pink spray!!!(Oh the horror...my lungs are pink now). I could send you step-by-step process (photos) of how the candy parlour was made. Good thing I did documenting!

Wow...I've never really thought of that. Would be cool to do it if I have the time! Candy parlour took me a good 2 months to complete. And it burned a hole in my pocket too! Commissioning a Candy Parlour project like this would be expensive I guess. The 10 cans of spray paints,Primer,acrylics,designing the decals and the furnitures..plus all that

But for the love of art and customizing the parlour, I feel its money well spent.

My next project will be customizing a Pullip Doll house for my darling Pullips!(Ponies are welcome in the Pullip House too!)
No idea how to do that yet but I'll figure a way out!

Wow! That's a lot of spray paint. You've super inspired me tho! I can combine my Graphic Design skills with my pony love. I have quite a few extra parlors so I'm thinking of making a book shop. I would love to see your work in progress pictures as well. I also have lots of beaten up dream castles and show stables floating around my house.

hi caramelaw. will you please let me know about the pics on making the candy parlor as soon as you can? i would love to see them also. it is just that your custom parlour remined me what g1 buildings i would like to customize and if you have any ideas on how i can turn a g1 building colors into a g3 building colors please let me know also. as for the buildings i would like them to be if possible to be in their boxes and have everything included so they will be like how you would buy them in the stores if they were still in the stores. i dont have any of the buildings yet but i used to when i was a kid but if someone have them like two each that would be cool so i could customize them. if anyone has any ponys that they are selling that i can use for my customs please let me know also. i know what ones im looking for and i would like it very much if the g3s where in their original packages with what they came with so i can make them look like the g1s. as for the g1s i would like them minty as can be so i can fix their hair if need be or their body paint or their symbles, so i can make the symbles 3d looking. if you wanna know what ponys im looking for please let me know. i can show you pics of how i would like them to look like. if you have yahoo messenger i can show you them their also. i would like the ponys to look this way cause i am not really making them as customs, so thats why i dont need any baits. i have pics of all of the buildings and ponys if anyone is interested in seeing them. just remember like i said i dont own any of the buildings yet. i also have pics of megans and mollys that i would like to customize also. hasbro never made a male size doll for megan or molly so i thought i would try so if anyone has customed them please let me know also or just please show me some pics of what you have done. if you wanna know anything else g1 that i would like to customize please let me know also. so please let me know about everything i just said as soon as you all can. thanks everyone.

That's a great idea. I would consider making little versions of my fav. kids books for them. I hope that when I get around to it that I can find some cute furniture to put in it. It will probably be a while before I jump into making it. I'm trying to behave myself and not let ponies completely take over the other things I have to do. As much as I would like to let them.
