No, its the law.
You can get substituted service, but its $185 to do that, and frequently not worth the effort.

I'm so tempted to go on ebay and buy something from her so I can give you the adresses! I've been dealing with her though so she'd prolly recognize me. (dealing and dealing, she was the swap host that let me out on my replacement package she promised me she was almost done with >.<)

miss_tuneful, she is selling on the New Zealand auction site TradeMe. There's only a few actice collectors/sellers there, so it's fairly easy to work out who is doing what Sorry to hear you have had some probs.

I'm going to be a jerk and just say that I think this HP person was just lying about a lot of stuff to get away with this crap. I've have seen this in other online forums many times. People who are frauds seem to make up anything to get away with this stuff. Maybe that's mean of me to say since I don't know this girl, but... oh well.

That's just awful that everyone went out of their way to trust her, even buying her a rare MOC!!! And she just spits back in everone's face. Wolly, that's just terrible that she has sentimental ponies that belong to you.

You're not being a jerk by saying that. She might have had issues, yes, but well. I don't think you're being a jerk. She let us all down a lot.

Tiggums, Loa - ah, okay :/ I guess it's not an option then. :/ this whole thing has me so frustrated. I'm guessing what she's selling now won't make it to their new owners, either.

Oh man, I just read through this whole thread and now I feel a little sick to my stomach!

Its so awful that someone you think is a friend or a trusted person can take advantage of so many people and get away with it scott free. My heart goes out to all of you who were mistreated by this person, and I hope that what goes around comes around for her.

If she was sued without being served, she could appeal on the grounds she had no knowledge of the case.

I also had some issues with her but that was that she traced a pony pic and design I made and claimed it her own...

So you mean that any of you don't have her address? And that's why she can't be sued?
