hi everyone,
I ordered a lot of ponies on ebay last week, and in this lot had a NM Morning glory with both of her wings, ribbon and comb.. The lot came to me today, and she only had one wing.. I searched the whole box and through the acessories multiple times... outcome, nothing..
I emailed the seller nicely, explainging that the only item in the lot I was looking for was the flutter pony with both of her wings.. The lot shows two or three pictures of her with both of her wings!!
If the seller doesn't respond or doesn't have the missing wing, what should I do?
I'm extremly upset.. bleh

Bummer that really sucks! Hopefully it is just an oversight by the seller, and not that the wing was broken or something silly like that. If the seller is not co'operative I would ask for a partial refund personally.

I think I've seen others suggest opening a Paypal dispute (assuming you used PP) if the seller refuses to respond. I wouldn't know for sure, though, so don't take my word for it.
I sure hope the issue can be settled for you.

Just make sure before you open a dispute that you send at least two emails to the seller. I know eBay has been having some problems lately with emails not getting to where they are suppose to be going for some reason.
But I agree, if no response make sure you file a claim before the allotted time is up.

I agree with MLPMom. Send 2 emails, and if the seller still does not reply request a partial refund in the form of a dispute via pay pal. Good luck.
