From what I've experienced, their necks are pretty fragile. I had one arrive with a broken neck, so I had to buy a replacement body for her. Sad

given the price tags i've seen on the new ones, (let's not mention the older ones i saw last weekend. I don't need a second heart failure...:nervous:), i'm sure that had to suck unbelievably.
how much did the new body cost?
