Show me your OLD art! You know, your very first pony drawings - but, to make things cool, show me your favorite piece (more recent, or just your best!) right next to it. I love to see how people have improved. ^_^
Plus, I want to make fun of some old pony drawings I found on my computer. Tee hee
Baby MoonBlaze - this was from September 2002
Tux with Baby Bowtie - Look at that snout! har har ^_^
Cinnamon Swirl (Cinnamon Breeze's sister??) - well this was from November 2002 so I didn't even know about Cinnamon Breeze *shrugs*
And one of my favorite pics for comparison: (from November 2003)
Most recent (ok, it's sorta small because it's an adoptable) May 2005

Wow, Manateejaq, your recent pictures are gorgeous! The coloring, especially in the adoptable, is just awesome. Wheee!
This is so weird, this thread, because just yesterday I found two boxes full of all my old pony art from when I started until about last year. So here are a few examples!
One of the first ones I ever drew (sometime in the early 90's)
Part of the epic Permanent Marker Period
Colored pencil at last!
Better colored pencil!
And most recently, digital.
I have an album dedicated to older art on my gallery, too, which is in my sig. ~_^

OMG!! Luna! Your ponies had noses! n.n
I think this was my first-ever pony sketch--done for a mlp digital gallery. In the end credits, Firefly was flying above the script. This would be her wings-up pose. Circa 1998-1999
-----
My third pony sketch of Chameleon (notice how they INSTANTLY are mutated--I'm so demented) Circa 2000:
------
My fourth pony sketch (should look familiar... >>; ) of Griffon and also my first time shading via photoshop. Circa 2000:
------
Fifth pony sketch, pollen... Circa 2001:
-----
And jump forward a few years to my most-recent, Tigersilk for Kalavista--finished a few days ago:

hrmmmm, well I just started drawing ponies so.. Well I used to draw a ton of horses when I was little. Man it would be a kick to see those again. But they're at my mom's house.

This one was my first MLP picture since I started getting interested in ponies again. I think I drew this one in 2002 or 2003.
My latest one is this one I drew yesterday:
I really don't know which my favourite piece is. Perhaps I haven't drawn it yet.
(edited to fix a link that was acting weird)
