Okay, you asked for it.

The earliest pic I have on this computer was done in 1999. For a website which has gone the way of the dinosaur. Wow I drew badly with a mouse then. LOL

The first pony picture I did, was..Glory, on my oekaki. She's in my Arena gallery. July of 03..

My newest picture is High Hopes..she's got her own thread around here somewhere.

And well, I can't pick a favorite picture.. I do really like the family portrait of Beachball I did, though.

Wow, you guys have come along way. You guys are all so good. LOL. I am new to pony art. In fact, I started this year. LOL. Mostly I do customs at the moment. Here is my first pony picture:

Dragon color sketch done on a piece of printer paper..Final piece stolen..Maybe I will redo it, but for now. You get the idea.



and last but not least....book comming soon...my little friend Digger the Wingless Dragon...These are concept color sketches, but due to the intensity of the story and details, I may upgrade little digger to a more detailed look like the dragon sketch above. I will of course let everyone know what is going on. Many people love this little dragon. I promise, his story is worth the wait.



On that, its a lot of work writing and illustrating your own stuff. I am going to release a smaller turtle story first (childrens) in order to learn about the publishing world. As for publishing, I know a few small run publishers are available online--I've never tried it myself, but it wouldn't hurt talking to the publisher. If you're looking from a place with a little more presence, there are a few children's book publishers in the area. I can send you some information about them if you'd like.

Sure if you can. That is the reason for the turtle story. Kind of a cannon fauder story just in case a publisher tries to rip me off. I will learn my lesson that way. I don't want years of work from my digger story to be lost like that. It would kill me. LOL. Send any information you can to my email address. Once I am done with the illustrations, I will try to talk to the publishers about it. I am planning on the art to sell it. I will of course let everyone here know whats going on there as well. wow diablalique I love your little dragon. And it must be so much work writing and illustrating a book. When you get it published can you try and ask your publishers to publish it in the UK so I can get my hands on a copy!

Back on topic- here's my first pony picture, I drew it sometime around January 2004 (yes I'm quite a newbie pony artist!) I remember posting it because Annelie told me how to get pictures up on my posts!

I admit, its alot of work. Plus with a full time job and taking care of two aging baby boomers. Takes a lot longer. I have to work hard to get spare time. LOL. I will do what I can to make this thing global. Plus, I will see if I can do for giveaways. Not sure on how this can be done, but when there is a will, there is always a way. LOL.
