Blue Colombian Bluebelle with blue stars and orange hair. Feet are stamped "ITALY" Hair has a little frizz, there are some paint rubs here and there, body has some stains and some inground dirt. Overall she displays pretty nice, none of her flaws are terrible or anything.
This pony is gorgeous and totally one of a kind!

Aww that Gusty is adorable.. but I'm a horror and I'd be tempted to send her via the magic of PKW's pony salon to get a new tail... Does that devalue nirvana ponies or not affect them? O.o

If you are removing original hair to replace with new dollyhair, yes, that quill usually devalue a pony, but in cases like this where you are not replacing anything, it doesn't devalue them, you are just adding a tail, and if you ever sold, a tail can easily be removed by a new buyer if they so desire.

They have this really smooth and kind of shiny squishy plastic. Their hair is usually frizzy, but it's kind of fluffy and soft. They have really gorgeous nicely painted eyes too. This particular one never had a symbol, she came with an outfit instead. I believe hers was a little Scottish themed one (someone correct me if I'm wrong). There is also a Bubbles in this pose with no symbol that came with an outfit. I think there was one or two more, I think Parasol was one of them. I would link you to the gallery, but they are currently disabled :/

I thought a nice little tail would be a great addition to her, you could easily take it in and out if you like it or you don't, and you don't even have to send the pony away to get the tail. I would also have a little custom outfit made for her. I would keep the bobbed mane though, I even think it's cute, and the outfit would create a barrier between the mismatched mane and tail

i agree an outfit would hide a colour difference between her mane and tail. you could even go for a tail that matched her red stripe instead of green

Ooh, that's a cool idea- a red tail!!!

I think using original MLP hair would really help too, just the texture difference is big, even though the color would still be off a little, it wouldn't seem so out of place.

a cherries jubilee or mummy apple delight tail would do nicely imho
