It's just kinda disheartening that this is how my first swap went. I worked hard and sent a lot of really nice extras too. Oh well, live and learn, right?

I sent the pony I made on the ship date. Got the tracking and everything. I followed the tracking and the package was shown as delivered the following Wednesday, the 14th. So over two weeks now... I just gave up hope of getting any word from my partner, who I still won't name due to this being a swap. So I highly doubt that I can get feedback if I can't even get a quick "I received my box! Thank you!" from my partner.

Same for receiving one ... if my connect the dots are correct, I think I have the same person as my partner. Who knows.

It just sucks because I try to do right by every person in every swap that I have. I try very hard to please my partners, and I always have this sense of inadequacy about it. Needless to say that whole situation's got me down.

Oh Eviecorn, I'm so sorry. Your partner is probably who you think it is. I did send them a PM and they said that the pony was completed and would be shipped. With the later shipping I was hoping it would show up right after the holidays. I'll be back home on Saturday and will be able to better assess the situation by then. Don't worry Eviecorn, someone has already stepped up to ask if they could make you something and I won't let you go ponyless.

omg YAY!!!!! i got such an awesome suprise today!! i'll let jwalraven post the pics of her little cutie
looks like she's got some bumps and bruises from the trip.. the tin (i'm assuming she was inside of) was bent out of shape, but there's no visible damage to her i can see. her hair's a bit messed up but that's nothin a little tlc can't fix!
i also got a BEAUTIFUL sketch and a yummy looking peppermint bark chocolate bar

it's so awesome that we both went with the peppermint theme.. my cutie is named peppermint flurry she's a blue pegasus with little white snowflakes on her rump and gorgeous candycane striped hair
