I don't understand why buying and reselling makes so many people in the UK ticked off. I remember another thread similar to this where a lady in the UK backed out of a sale and called the seller a scammer cause she saw the ponies in the stores :-/
That would be like going to a grocery store and yelling at them cause you saw tomatoes for sale at the store down the street. How dare you sell the same item for slightly more!! INSANITY!!!

Wow, I can't believe she slammed you with so many negatives, that's ridiculous. Sheesh, the nerve of some people. You're reselling them on ebay, are you not expected to make some kind of profit? If she had also seen them in the store then she should have at least had some indication of how small they were, and if not, that's why it's always best to ask a seller questions before a bid.
I'm really sorry that happened to you, but thanks for the heads up.

Oh my god!! I just looked at the feedback she left for you!! That's horrible!
Maybe you can get it condensed to one "negative"? I thought on Ebay if you have one buyer with multiple feedbacks within the same "transaction" they combine the feedback? I know I've gotten 2 positives from selling 2 items to the same person and it only registers as one positive.
Isn't this how it works?
Oh and she is sooo blocked.

What a witch! Make sure you leave a response to all her feedbacks, and then contact ebay. That is just nasty and so uncalled for

what the crud? I am so sorry, MercyNova I don't know what you can do, but I'd contact ebay as well, at the very least respond to each feedback with the proper story so people can see it wasn't you in the wrong.

Thank you so much for your kind words and advice everyone, I have been looking into it and I'm not entirely sure how to respond to negative feedbacks although I've seen other people do it? I will certainly be contacting ebay, this has really put me off selling again for a good while

I do believe that all those negs only count as one on my actual score? Which is why it's 99.something% not any worse! But they still all show up on my feedback page. So gutted, I'm tempted to buy a bunch of stuff so that new feedbacks push those off the front page
Thanks once again, I'm so glad that we're such a united community!
