I think if you are unhappy you should mention it to them. Especially if you are considering neutral or negative feedback. Give them a chance to make it right. If it will bother you such that you cannot enjoy her, you should definitely return. It's ok to be picky!

oh i wouldnt leave negative feedback and i wont ask for a refund its more just irritating than anything! i ll just say "thanks but you should be aware of this from now on"... i am over my strop on this one now anyway lol!

honestly i have tried sunfading in the past but i just dont get enough sunlight unless we are talking the middle of june and even then as i stay in the middle of a woodland i dont have a lot of options...think "snow whites cottage" lol...however if others are having luck in similar conditions i ll wait until next year and try again...shes very cute to worth trying to see if i can get that out

you can get regrind on any type or colour of pony its just more prevalent in certain ones - its a break down in the plastic - or the pink marks can also be caused by bacteria or even by being damp...if all the pink marks were caused by highlighter the volume of random pink highlighters that little children had in the 80s would be impressive...i had regrind on a windy in the past and i know it was that because even when you popped her head off the pink was right through to the inside and you could actually see more on the inside than the outside - weird but i guess these ponies are over 20 years old and i need to stop being so fussy!

If it helps I also live in "sunny" Scotland and have had success with sun fading, it just takes forever!

Can we trade living quarters?

Oh thanks for the explanation of regrind. I never really did know what it was. That certainly explains why so many dang ponies have it!
