Does anyone know anything about delays between these two countries? The seller/trader I was trading with sent the parcel out later than the agreed date, but I would have expected it to have arrived by now - they tell me there are delays and that's why it hasn't arrived yet.
I can't find any information online about it, has anyone else had issues with the shipping time?
I haven't traded for a long time and I'm really quite nervous that a group of ponies that are reasonably uncommon and I've been wanting for a long time have been lost on the post :S

International shipping times can be unpredictable unfortunately. Delays are pretty common, even when the countries arent that far away from each other how long ago was the parcel sent?

I know Cat (ponymonsters) is waiting for a package from the Netherlands to the UK, and its taking about weeks now I think? Its suppost to be like 5 days tops, so i think there's some delays there?

Thanks for the support guys! I've only ever bought ponies internationally once and that went through strangely quickly (just a few days, and from Texas!) so I'm relieved I'm not the only one experiencing the delays and not to worry

Yep 2weeks and counting for a swap box! Strange thing is bina sent one on the same day and that arrived 4 days later!

I don't know of any delays between the UK and the Netherlands at the moment, although we use couriers rather than the postal service.

It's possible that customs are playing up, possibly processing parcels in the wrong order or something?

I was under the impression that parcels sent within Europe didn't have to go through customs, but I'm not entirely sure!

Yep I'm still waiting on my swap box (the one FPM mentioned!) supposedly sent 16 days ago! *sigh* maybe they'll never arrive and I'll never know what ponies were supposed to join my herd *sad face*

Really hope this gets sorted! The worst thing is, the seller has received my side of the trade and taken some very nice photos of it... They're clearly very happy with it, and it arrived on time... Can't help feeling like they're just not that bothered about getting their side sent out :/

Yep all waiting from Yum-yum it cannot be shipping delays and lost parcels for all 4 of us its just too much of a coincidence!!! I am really stressed about it as everyone else including him had their swap boxes weeks ago!!
