That is weird. I just bought a pony for someone on here from them because they don't ship internationally.
The only thing is they required immediate payment.
But they have been great! I was sent an email right away about when they where going to ship and it was not automated from ebay.
Do you have any unpaid item strikes? They can block you for that too that's why I asked?

I bought a bunch of ponies from this seller. They did put my ID on a list so that I could win more ponies, and they agreed to combine shipping. But just so you're aware, they do still overcharge the shipping quite a bit (I ended up paying about double the actual postage).
Also, the ponies' conditions are hit-and-miss. Some of them are nice; others have more flaws than what's described or shown in the blurry photos. I even asked specifically about bald spots on the so-softs and told them the areas that are usually affected; they said they didn't see any and that they were very nice ponies. About half the ones I bought have bald areas....minor enough that I won't raise a stink, but just wanted to let you know to be cautious. Another flaw I encountered in a few was yellowing of the bodies. Their flash bleaches it out in the photographs, but I've got a handful that are obviously not white anymore.

Trying to work things out with this seller and the shipping charges, but it's NOT been easy. They kept saying I bought 24 ponies from them, and I kept saying it's 29 and I paid $4.99 shipping for each one. I had to list out every pony and the dates I bought them. Their response had numbers that were still short one pony.
Anyway, looking at their feedback, it seems others haven't been happy with the way shipping was handled.
The thing that has me on edge is that they're claiming they've talked to ebay and that ebay will negate any star rating less than '5' that I leave. I called ebay, and the person I talked to said that shouldn't be the case. They don't change star ratings. They can take off a negative comment under certain conditions. So that little comment doesn't sit well with me. What's the point in me leaving any feedback if I can't be honest?
They do ship quickly, just don't expect too much about the condition of the pony or expect to get an accurate shipping charge. They have been very good about responding .... possibly TOO good since it seems like they didn't take the time to go over their numbers very well or spend time checking out the flaws on the ponies.

UPDATE: After finally proving how much I paid in actual shipping and getting her to see that was why I wasn't completely happy, she got defensive but sent a refund (a small one, but a refund none-the-less).
The seller started hassling me almost daily to leave positive feedback. I explained I would get to it, but couldn't do all 30 of them while busy at work. A couple days later when I had time to go through the ponies again, I left 25 positive feedbacks, leaving 5 auctions without feedback. She immediately asked about those five auctions. I said I didn't feel right about leaving feedback for them. They had a lot more flaws that weren't mentioned or shown in the auction. But since she shipped quickly, I also wasn't going to give her a neutral or negative feedback. I'm just opting to leave none at all and I considered our transactions done.
The next morning, I got an email from her saying to not ever bid on her auctions again and a FEEDBACK EXTORTION ding against my account from ebay.
I NEVER implied or demanded anything in exchange for giving positive feedback. In fact, I never asked for a shipping refund. She wanted to know why I wasn't 100% happy with the transaction, and I explained why. She seemed confused by the numbers, so I worked with her to straighten that out. She sent the refund on her own accord and I thought that we were fine. I also thought not leaving any feedback was doing her a favor -- I could easily have filed an "Item Not As Described" or left neg/neutral feedback, but I didn't.
I'm currently trying to get ebay to go through the conversations and see this, but they haven't been very helpful. They keep saying I'll hear from them in 24 hours, but I don't. At one point, I think they must have misunderstoond and they ended up erasing the 25 positive feedback I left the seller .... which is fine by me, although I didn't request this.
So anyway, if you have any issues with ajbgames, be VERY careful how you approach it. All I wanted was to not leave feedback for a transaction I wasn't completely happy with, and now I have a dent in my rating.

Update #1: I spent some more time on the phone and on hold with more ebay people on Sunday. After they reviewed the messages between me and ajbgames, the guy told me he saw no evidence where I asked for anything in exchange for anything and told me I would get an email and have the extortion feedback reversed.
Yay, right?
UPDATE #2: I get an email from ebay yesterday:

I understand your concern and confusion especially if you were not aware of a wrongdoing on your part. You're a valued eBay member and that is why it's important to me that all your experiences on the site are
positive and simple.
Angela, we check your account and we saw some evidence that it was
involved in violating our Feedback extortion policy where the buyer is
not allowed to use the Feedback or the detailed seller ratings to force
a seller into giving in to the buyer's demand.
As much as I want to give you all the details of the violation, I'm
forbidden to do so because it contained confidential information which
can not be revealed to our members. This is to assure you that your
account history will remain private. |
So I'm apparantly in the wrong but THEY CAN'T SHOW ME HOW? I have the same messages they do -- how is that violating anyone's privacy?
I've been over the messages between me and the seller so many times. I never asked for a refund - the seller willingly offered it after I showed her how much I actually paid in shipping. I thought we were clearing up a misunderstanding, I thought she saw the truth of the situation and tried to make right by it. How is that extortion? I even made it clear I wasn't leaving negative or neutral feedback. I'm so completely miffed by this whole situation.
I wrote them back, asking them to look it over again, but I got pretty much the same response. The warning comes off my account in March and it doesn't limit me, but I've lost faith in their whole policy about trying to work things out with sellers before leaving feedback. I've lost faith in ebay's "investigation" abilities and judgment. This is just .... sad.
I wish I could update you guys with something more positive, but I'm sad to report that a vengeful seller got her way.
Be VERY careful dealing with this person.

I would appeal. I'm not one to let someone get away with something like this. Demand to speak to a manager.
I'm so glad she 'blocked' me from her auctions.
