You're welcome sweetie - I'm happy to help you and I'm sure no-one thinks you are trying to rip your seller off Hug
If the parcel was sent to you from the UK, then it is automatically insured for a value of up to £46 , even without buying extra insurance, tracking etc ( that value may have gone up actually. I must check the value of first class stamps these days....) . Your selller will only need to send a print out of the paypal page and the ebay page along with the completed form from the PO to make a claim and get her money back from Royal Mail. They say to wait up to 90 days for a refund to come through from them, but when I have made a claim in the past for a lost international item, the refund came through in 2 weeks relaxed
If the seller needs her account to be unfrozen (is that the right word?! Poke Tounge ) all she has to do is refund you Wink
