So I purchased from RainbowConnection using ecrater site and used paypal. I waited over 3 weeks for pony and never received, they only live a state over also. I emailed seller and waited 5 days...still no response, then filed dispute through paypal. Well then seller emails me nasty email, saying she didn't have proof of shipping because she was trying to save me money by not offering tracking number...I would gladly pay the additional fee for a tracking number but it wasn't offered through check out.
Anyways seen Delaneys on the Bad Trader list here and that is their last name and email address, may be the same?...so a heads up of the new name Rainbowconnection.

Bad seller? Delaneys have been good sellers in my experience, busy but good sellers. Hmm?

I am trying to understand your post... it's not very clear.
You are saying that you purchased ponies from an ecrater shop from a user named RainbowConnection and that no kind of shipping options were available at checkout? But you purchased them anyway without contacting the seller? Then the seller contacted you after you emailed them and told you they didn't ship with tracking?
Is this a secondary ID for the Delaneys? They have been selling ponies for well over 20 years now so I would think that if they had an e-shop, they would quote trackable shipping. But it is true, they do get very busy so often you have to be very succinct in your communication.
Also, three weeks isn't really that long of a wait for a parcel these days, regardless of the distance between sender and recipient.  Hope that things work out for you!

Shipping price was totaled in but there wasn't an option to add tracking or insurance. And seller never contacted me until after the file was claimed through paypal. I was trying to contact her but she never responsed once I made the payment. Hope that cleared it up...

The Delaneys have been a very active and upstanding member of the pony community for some years. I've dealt with them, always very nice and timely. I must be missing something.
I know that they are very busy...but I'm not sure its the same person.

So basically you paid and she sent the item by going to the post office and paying in person with no tracking instead of using Paypal to create a label and use their cheap online tracking? Does she have the receipt or any proof of where she mailed it to? I guess that doesn't matter at this point since you won the claim but definitely not good selling practices.

That's strange.  I ordered three ponies from that e-crater site and had a very good experience. The ponies were in awesome shape and I got them in a timely manner. She even refunded some on shipping since the site didn't combine shipping. Sorry you've had a bad experience. I hope you get this all straightened out.

So they didn't use the paypal system? Cause for any kind of shipping paypal automatically puts tracking on the package. So it must have tracking.

She emailed me back and apologized...said she never got my emails. I gave her a tip to use Paypal to print her shipping labels and to charge the extra .19cents for shipping...Just now I have to try to win Blue Ribbon on ebay now

Seems like someone who has been active in the community and selling ponies for so long would know that by now :\
Also, three weeks is a pretty darn long time to wait for a package if it's being mailed within the US. Even if the seller is only able to make it to the post office once a week, any kind of US shipping service will take between 2 and 5 days. If an item hasn't arrived and 3 weeks have passed that means either it's lost, or the seller waited at least 2 weeks to ship it, in which case I'd certainly hope they would have contacted saying there was a delay.
