New name of a Bad Seller

I actually ordered from her a few months back (Her site was different then I believe) and it took about a month to get in touch with her. Luckily she still had the ponies I was interested in and when I did hear from her she was very nice, but I am not sure why it took so long, unless they have a problem with their email Confused

I say that because I actually got in touch with her via ebay messaging (not email) because I was interested in a pony she was selling there too. I had asked a few questions and she only responded to some of them which I also thought was odd, but in the end I got the ponies I really wanted and I am happy with them. Hope this info helps...

I thought it was against site rules to create multiple id's for yourself? Not sure how this one slipped by without anyone noticing until this thread popped up in Trader Support. Huh

Well technically they're 2 halves of a couple...? Bill would do the selling and Jeanne is the collector, according to her into post. I don't think that'd be against the rules, seeing as we have other couples here on the Arena?

^^ What Fiwen says is true. Since they are 2 halves of a couple, that is why there are 2 accounts here without banning one of them awake

They are not allowed to post from/use each others' account though, or that would definitely be breaking the rules Wink

Thanks for letting us know that both Mr. and Mrs. have separate accounts... although I would still consider it important to people to know all of their IDs!
