Bingo! Never ever ever ship something until you are paid in full! it's the easiest way for someone to scam you otherwise!

sorry that you lost out on some money, luckily its not much

but there's always someone, somewhere, trying to scam somebody out of their hard-earned-cash and it makes me so cross.

well done on emailing them back with what you'd done in reporting them, i'd have totally done the same!
