I've made some trades with several people on the Arena and sold a few ponies to members.
Since i'm doing this for the first time, i have no idea of how long it usualy takes for a package to arrive. That's why i'm worried, i'm so scared my packs got lost in the mail or something else happened and now people must think i am a dishonest seller/trader, when i have non intention to


Some packages were send like 2 weeks ago to USA. I have put notes in the packs to let me know when packs arrived. Nothing heared yet. I get so nervous because i have received some items that were traded, and my partners didn't receive mine yet! Should i worry or am i paranoid? Is it normal it takes up to two weeks? I'm so scared something might go wrong.

Each pack (or envelope) was send with care. I just want people to be happy with the items I hope everything goes well and my items arrive soon to my partners. Until then, i spend my days very nervous...

Sometimes packages overseas can take longer. They have to pass through customs and all that stuff.

Also, the mail is a little slower this time of year. I wouldn't panic just yet.

Thanks, but it feels so unfair that i have received your pony but you didn't receive mine yet! This is happening with more members and i just feel so bad for them. Thanks for your respond hun

Sometimes it can take a month to get something from overseas in the US, and around this time of year I'd definitely expect delays. Christmas time here is the busiest time of the year at the post office

dont worry, i got my package on friday last week, had no time to let you know until today (i was on a skiing trip (no internet on the mountains))

I had a trade with Dee in NZ. I got her package in about a month, I think, and it was almost 3 months before she got hers. We were both worrying. My post office said it came down to NZ customs, and I know that US customs are tough too.

Thanks, i feel better about this. Offcourse it's normal if it takes like a month, so i guess i really did get paranoid then

I haven't received mine yet but that it always takes longer to get to my side of Australia because they arrive in the "eastern states" and then have to travel over to my side so it takes just one week normally within australia!!!

dont worry - I know it can be stressful when you are waiting for parcels to arrive, but like the others already said, it can take a month and sometimes more for international parcels to arrive, and also delays are normal at this busy time of year

Dont worry, I sent packages from the Netherlands to other countries alot! and to the US can take like 3/4 weeks normally. Let alone with xmas time it can take 7/8 weeks sometimes! So no reason to stress ♥

Thank you! It's a relieve to hear from another Dutch person, you have experience how long it takes from here.

I need to thank all of you because my worrying is alot less and it's probably all good.
Still don't understand why people from US can send me ponies in like 5 days... and this Dutch postoffice is apperantly pretty slow.
Oh well, i'm such a noobie on this, my experience comes in time hopefully

Ive no idea why it takes so long from a pony to go from here to the US, maybe its customs over there? I don't know.. kind of odd since we pay ALOT to ship things that way haha.

You're right, i'm almost embarrased to ask money for shipping because it is so darn expensive! Envelopes are ok but packages are so expensive!

Shipping around these holidays are crazy....
I get a package from the UK and it was shipped on the 17 dec and it arrives today, and another package, also from the UK, is still on the way to me and that was shipped at the beginning of dec!

*pulls out membership card* Here, you are an official member of the Neurotic Pony People Association. I'm being worried too. I don't want to pester the seller, but I'm worried about some ponies sent mid-December. They weren't shipped internationally, but I think they might be late.
