With what I've heard from my sister and all the pictures I've seen I do think she pretty much has to be a Cotton Candy, I'm happy to give this girl her name back. ^^

Her being a Cotton Candy does mean she doesn't have the hardest cutie-mark to reproduce, so I may attempt it sometime. Though I'm down to sun-fading to remove her previous homemade marks, it will be a while.

If I was to take a guess I'd say Peachy. It looks like she has faded pink hearts, except now they're kind of like blobs

I think she looks more like peachy actually.
I see the remains of the pink hearts, although they're very faint.

I'm aware of the heart shaped marks.
I've actually compared their location to that of peachy's cutie-mark but it just doesn't seem to match. This, combined with my memory of this girl having marker hearts as one of my sisters home made cutie marks, has me fairly certain that they're not a part of the original mark.
