My partner for the Arena's Official Custom Swap was gotbunny, who had given some ideas to choose from, but there was a specific idea she had in mind that she said would love to get the most, so I chose to take the challenge and do it! YAY!

Meet Icy, my first pony with attached wings and horn Flirty Pony

She started life as a Sparkleworks. She was given an FBR in white, and all the details ofthe eyes and body were painted in shades of blue. The wings were sculpted with apoxie and real glass icicles, which is what the horn is made of as well. For the finishing touch of the body some iridescent snow flakes were glued to her, and was rehaired with a mix of Snowflake, Water Nixie, Daiquari Ice and Moonlight. She also got a base with metal center to make her keep her rearing pose :).
