I was curious to see what everyone's New Years Resolutions were? Mine are more goals that I want to complete this year than anything else.

In 2012, I would like to:
-Exercise the recommended amount of time per week for most weeks
-Learn French well enough that I can speak to my boyfriend's family when we see them this summer. I might not be perfect, but I want to be able to have a legitimate conversation!
-Cook a new recipe at least 2 times per month
-Pay down my loans as much as possible-not going to get very far, but I'd at least like to pay down the interest that has accrued and then some!

I can never keep these.

I would love to improve my French (I've gotten terribly rusty)!

I want to lose the rest of my weight and keep it off. Anything else will be bonus!

- Go to at least 1-2 interviews every week until I get a job.
- Get ongoing work, full-time (or near-full-time, at least 4 days/week).
- Put deposit on a small house (it's going to be hard, but I think in 2012 I'll be holding off all pony & doll purchases)
- Oh... hold off pony/doll purchases =P
- Do more exercise to increase fitness to a level I am happy with.

* Get to goal weight and then into maintenance mode. I'm within 5 pounds of that already.

* 24,000 exercise minutes. Maybe even 25,000.

* Make a new low-cal recipe each week. I've already picked out the recipes and have them assigned to each of the weeks.

* Build a reading list and read from it during the year. I don't mean easy books or (only) fun ones, but ones that increase knowledge. Although maybe I 'll throw in fun and easy ones just so I can have a "break" in between.

* This one is a "maybe." Perhaps I will learn to crochet.

I need to stop cussing. Most people when they first meet me are often surprised when they learn of my sailor mouth, because I'm otherwise a classy lady. I just need to start talking like one.

I cut my finger today and just said "ouch." I'm really proud of that- I think I can do this!

Write! Write! Write!

Review more books.

Keep up with housework.

Lose 50 lbs.

Make a mix cd each month reflecting my experiences.

--Make awesome music
--be true to myself & my morals
--try new recipes
--never sell myself short; always believe in myself

Do it! Crocheting is fun. I suggest learning from youtube videos.

My goals are to lose about 25 lbs, get fit, and also start and finish the couch to 5k program.

I really need to start saving more money. Pony collecting makes that rather hard, though! I also considered moving out but I don't think that's gonna happen anymore.

1) Lose weight
2) Get really good marks in my Diploma
3) Look into a masters degree for after I have finished my course

If I can do all those, I will feel very accomplished

Get un-fat. This is all

Quite a popular one it seems.. but I really need to loose some weight. Christmas has not been kind to my stomach.

I actually like to save money, and I'm pretty good at it. There was too much buying this year, although there was also A LOT of selling this year to balance it out. But I have a wedding to start to think about, and I want a kid after that... so it needs to start.. now. u__u;
