sooo...
David got them, and liked them (thank god! lol), and they're now displayed above the bed

so I thought *d post them here for you to see.
so first some info, then the three collages I posted on my dA.

Daf
He was made from a Twilight Sparkle, and has a lot of sculpting to him ^^' I have him some extra height, by sculpting on some extra under his hooves, as he's a very tall guy.
He was sculpted with Fimo, and painted with a mix of vallejo, citadel and americana acrylics, sealed with Vallejo matte spray varnish.

The blonde hair was a challenge, but I'm really happy with how it turned out, actually. I usually hate painting blonde hair - it almost always turns out too yellow.


Neko
This is the first time I make a custom of her, actually! I have 2 Nekos made by other people.
She started out as a Plumsweet, and She's been quite heavily modified - a process involving a bandsaw(!). She's been shortened by about 2 cm (sawed the bottom of her feet of) as she's a short little pony - slightly shorter than all her friends. Just like me! :B

then she was sculpted with Fimo for the mane, tail and a tiiiny little tooth sticking out from her mouth, and painted with a mix of americana, Vallejo and Citadel acrulics. She's been sealed with a matte Vallejo spray varnish, and as you can see in one of the pictures, I added a blue bow behind her ear (I forgot to before I took the pictures).

Neko's hair, her HAAAIR omg her hair. it so lovely!!! One of my favorite hair sculpts I think I've ever seen. it's just cute as a button!

That's some amazing sculpt (and paint) work, I love their hair and I would never have guessed Neko's feet are modified! What I love the best, however, is the interaction between the two characters that you've captured perfectly. Too cute!

I wanted them to look in love - even if they're not looking at each other - which I think I made work. and at the same time, they both have to look a little mischevious and boisterous lol. I hope I managed to get that as well.
