I'm feeling a little silly here...
My kids and I have been watching back episodes of Friendship is Magic, and when Celestia is reunited with Luna and the elements of harmony are whizzing around and Twilight is making her beautiful speech about friendship, I just sit there crying like Pinkie Pie.

And I also get teary whenever I see that sonic rainboom. Such a great moment.

What's the deal with me, I'm a friggin grownup!!! Can anypony relate?

I get sensitive to certain things too. Not FiM, but other things make me cry. Like the Pixar movie UP.

I'm fairly sure if you don't cry whilst watching "Up" then something is wrong with you...

Crying at Ponies is normal!

No of course not! Unless I loose a rare accessory auction ponies dont tend to bring me to tears....but...the bit in Wall E when he thinks Eva is leaving....*tears...major tears*!!! So sappy-ness is completely allowed!

I always cry at stuff! I cry I tangled when the guard enters the palace and Nods in disbelief that the princess has returned to the king and Queen and also at the lantern/boat scene! Sooooo much that I tear up for.....

Nothing's wrong with you! I cried at Up too. I also cried at the end of toy story 3.

Not at all! Some episodes of Hoshi no Kaabii make me cry (like the one where Kirby makes friends with a robot dog, and the one where the world is almost destroyed by an asteroid). Then again, anime is good at making people cry, it's like their job or something! I also cried reading My Little Dashie.

I also cried at Toy Story 3 and in Disney Cars 1, when McQueen pushes The King over the finish line, gets me every time *reaches for the tissues*....

Those moments make me teary eyed too!! Not sure why, glad I'm not the only one!

Well if you're a sap then I am definitely one too.
Friendship is magic hasn't managed to make me cry yet, but plenty of other things have.

I remember the first pokémon movie, with Ash turning to stone and pikachu crying. That still makes me sniffle even now.
And while I have the music of the original transformers animated cinema movie, the music used for Optimus Prime's death scene is always firmly deleted from my playlist. I can't even hear just the music without promptly feeling down. >>

Aaaaw now you did it. You HAD to mention to the episode with the robot dog. .....*sniffles*

I cry at the end of video games and whenever I hear certain songs even if they arnt emotional. so far ponies have not made me cry in that way yet.

I cry in pony cartoons too, all the time, even if I've seen it before.

Um, everything makes me cry. I cry whenever I see someone cry, even on tv. Oh yeah, that scene in Tangled where the lanterns are flying around...*sobs*. The last 25 minutes of Toy Story 3...*super sob*. Twilight talking about how much she loves her friends at the end of the Elements of Harmony episode...you get the idea.

Ahhh yes, Tangled! I bawl like a nut during the boat/lantern scene, and when Eugene dies and she brings him back with her tears, and when they reunite. Triple whammy, that movie.

And I always get teary when the flutter ponies save Ponyland from the smooze.
