Meh! it will end sometime next week (around the seventh). As i told the gentleman at Neopets call center, I didnt think it was worth it. Right now money is VERY tight with us, and for me, not getting SHH!'s like the first week, it was worthless.

I seriously only got one SHH in a week. and that was only thru the portal...nothing else on the actual Neopets site. The gentleman i was talking to said there may have been a fluke in the system, but dude, why only me? He claims he is going to look into it.

I havent deleted anything since the week of the 19th. i only purged the accounts when i had more than 6 emails. note the dates too, i only seemed to be recieving items on Fridays

Not worth it to me. Though maybe someday i will re-join, hell i'll be glad to, when we have more money, and it actually works for me XD

You get SHH's (Something Has Happened), even more (those random events). And you get emailed SHH's too. You get access to the Space Faerie Scratch Card, and you rarely lose on that.

Beta testing their new games.

Super Shop Wiz (which looks, definatly, for the lowest price in the marketplace).

Etc. but i wasnt getting any of the SHH's, and after a while, it really wasnt worth it.

Aww....I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with premium. Did you change your homepage to your portal page? I get SHH's all the time, but that's probably because I get so many page views. I love my premium, especially with the super shop wiz. It makes finding items so much faster.

i notice i get more when I send more neomail and neomessages. However if i didn' tlike the having the neo webmail so much I probably would just end it. It really isn't worth 8 bucks a month. prehaps if is was a bit less it would be more worht. it.

I was under the (perhaps false) impression that there was a connection between page views and shhs. I don't even use my webmail feature, except to collect my space faerie scratchcard and my shhs, and I get a shh nearly every two days. Plus I have the space faerie charm so once a day a random game score that I send will get doubled. For me premium is worth it.

It's $7.99 a month and I don't think that it's worth it either. How the hell do you cancel it? I can't figure that part out for the life of me!

i called them....i dont remember the number though...:/

whats nice is they dont cancel it right away...they wait until your payment date comes up, THEN it dissappears.

Thanks, Chibi I called them and had it taken care of. I just didn't care for it too much. I honestly thought that I'd see a bit more things happen than what did

7.99 per month, and yes, you can try it out before paying. But you do have to provide a credit card number in order to sign up. If you want a referral so you can try it, I can send you one if someone else hasn't already.

I never liked the idea of premium. Since even if it is giving you more random events, it's quite unfair to players who can't afford to pay for them. Like people who use net cafe or such just to play.

Although many have told me it's simply not worth it. Unless you want to bother beta testing games and such...

I'll stick to not paying Even though I'm not sure I could get premium anyway due to location.

I love it, best $7 a month ( I think thats how much it cost) I ever spent....LOL.. I just wished Id done it sooner. Ive had it about a month now, and cant believe the difference.

Id say on average I make about 100K + more a day than I use to before, using the Super Shop Wiz, its sniping heaven....hehe.. and thats without doing the following which makes even more. ..

Think of this... ....LOL

Search on Super Shop Wiz .. eg.

Disco Fever Paint brush... now you cant usually search PBs on the SSW, but you tick the box for "Price Only" and get the average price .... If you see "no items found"you know they are all priced over 100K... If you see average price of item $99,999, you then know to quickly run to the normal shop wiz and start refreshing to find that one that is priced for 99,999.
You have have 10 instances of the SSW open and just sit and search the PBs or unbuyable trans potions..

Good thing is... the SSW for "Price Only" is unlimited so you never get wiz banned.....heh...

Other than that, there are many items that I search each day purely to snipe off the SSW. I do the same items all the time, and snipe them up then sell them for more....

I use to do it before I had premium but it took much longer and I made far less NPs...

The no ads are excellent, which speeds up the site in general, as are the extra random events.

For less than $2 a week, which is half the cost of a rental vid, I think its money well spent.....hehe , especially if you are a neo addict like I am LOL>.

I don't play neo as often as I was when i first signed up for premium. However I still like having premium since i'm on dial up at home and the ADs make the page load to long. I think it all depends on the person as to weather or not its worth it. As for me I like it, I think its worth it so I'll continue to use it. my hubby doesn't like that but he lets me do it anyway.
