From a customizer's point of veiw, this is fantastic because that shade of purple hair is sooo pretty and hard to find!

How deflated do I feel now?! Just got 1st edition Kimono this week and after reading this thread she doesnt seem to rare and special now!! But still, she's a special pony to me and I dont like that 2nd edition pose....

I think she's quite lovely in this pose. It's an interesting contrast to her original pose. Maybe Kimono has a happy fun loving side too. I don't usually bother with reissues, but this is one I really love. Now if only we had KB here in Canada. Oh well... must find someone to trade with.

wow, i'm very surprised hasbro rereleased her. she's very beatiful in that new pose. a definite must have pony!!!

I couldn't have said it better, Toasty. Except my Kimono is a girl. But otherwise, I'm with you 100%. If I had to pick the least Kimono-like pose I could think of, I think that would be it. That's why Kimono is best freidns with Sunny Daze, for pete's sake--they're opposites!

Honestly, I think this is great. I'll finally be able to get a Kimono, and the original pose will still be rare and unique. I have been wanting one for... well, weeks, at least!

Wow, that's very unexpected! I'm not sure how I feel, but seeing her in that pose is certainly a contrast to her original one! Like I said before, Kimono is a top favorite G3 in my book...I don't know if I'd want a Kimono-clone in my collection, but I'm happy none the less.

Our KB went out of business months ago, darn it! Kimono is one pony my daughter really wants. She doesn't care that it's not the original pose -- all she wants is Kimono to play with. And I'd much rather spend $3 than $30 to get her.

I've contacted everyone who PMed me who I have one for... I can't get anymore, loves... sorry. So, no more requests, please.
