Hasbro Germany is so much more user-friendly than Hasbro here. I still haven't heard anything. I was thinking of printing out the email and sending the hard copy by snail mail as a letter along with the pictures.

I can't confirm whether they'll be US/European molds or not. Hasbro just flat-out isn't giving me a response. My next course of action would be to send the a hard copy of the email as a letter, but I haven't had time to do that yet. I mean really, it couldn't be all that much of an infringement of their time to just give me an answer. :\

It's really annoying though, especially as I prepared the whole extra document with pictures and descriptions of each of the unknown ponies that had been on eBay. I mean it's been what, two weeks now? It can't hurt to just confirm or deny this. Mad
